Ask about an idea, not someone’s private life
Use YesOrNo for lawful, non-sensitive idea and offer testing. Do not publish someone’s name, contact details, location, identity documents or other personal information. Do not ask about health, sexual life, political/religious beliefs, race/ethnicity, biometric/genetic data, financial accounts, criminal allegations or children’s information.

- Fraud, impersonation, misleading offers, fake reviews/votes, spam, unauthorised scraping, malware or attempts to compromise accounts or availability.
- Copyright/trademark infringement, unlawful disclosure of trade secrets, or content you do not have permission to share.
- Using a public poll to determine someone’s eligibility for employment, housing, lending, insurance, education, essential services or legal outcomes; personalised medical/legal/investment advice; regulated or prohibited goods; gambling, lotteries or prize promotions.

Report, response and review
Use “Report this campaign” or email the support address. Give the exact campaign URL, the issue, why you believe it breaches law or these rules, and enough facts to assess it. A reply address and name are optional for a general report; include them if you want an individual decision response or a formal legal notice requires them. Child-safety reports may be made without a name. Do not send copies of illegal imagery or unnecessary personal documents. State that the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We assess notices for urgency, validity and applicable legal duties, may restrict access while investigating, and keep a limited decision record. Reporters can retain the reference shown after submission and contact support to follow up. Where appropriate we provide reasons for restrictions and a route to challenge a decision; request review through support with the reference and relevant facts. Court, regulator and other mandatory remedies remain available. This notice does not claim that a web form alone satisfies every platform-safety law.
For imminent danger, contact local emergency services. The support inbox is not an emergency response service.
