Payments, cancellation and refunds

Effective October 30, 2026 · Version 2026-10-30.2

Operator: Zoetic Ally pty ltd, Australia. Contact: weloveyes@zoetic.ai.

Current status: free beta

Customer checkout is disabled in this release. You cannot purchase an upgrade through the site now. Stripe catalogue entries and proposed plan cards are preparation, not an active order or charge. No audience, respondents, sales or guaranteed result is included in a plan.

Before paid checkout opens

The final price/currency, taxes, included capacity, delivery period, whether payment is one-off or recurring, and cancellation/refund process must be displayed before you authorise a charge. We will not silently use a browser wallet or saved card. Eligible wallets require your own confirmation in the payment provider’s flow. A short introductory offer must be honestly described without a fake historic price or resetting countdown.

For any future subscription, recurring amount/frequency and a working cancellation method must be clear before purchase. A future digital service must not start under a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal rights: any legally required request to start during a cooling-off period and associated acknowledgement must be obtained separately, with durable confirmation. Any terms needed for a specific country must be resolved before selling there.

Mandatory remedies

We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule. If you have been charged in error, received no purchased upgrade, or believe a service failed a mandatory consumer guarantee, contact support with the transaction reference, never card details. Statutory cancellation, repair, re-supply, price-reduction and refund rights apply where required. Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable local protections prevail over inconsistent terms. These statements do not suggest that a poll’s negative outcome or lack of respondents is a service defect when the tool was supplied as accurately described.
