Terms of use

Effective October 30, 2026 · Version 2026-10-30.2

Operator: Zoetic Ally pty ltd, Australia. Contact: weloveyes@zoetic.ai.

1. The service and eligibility

These terms govern YesOrNo, operated by the company identified above. Publishing is for adults aged 18 or older who can agree to these terms, including on behalf of a business where authorised. Do not use the service where doing so would be unlawful. The free beta provides a public question and response tool; you supply the audience.

2. Your workspace and public content

Keep your recovery key private and save it securely. Anyone holding it can manage and delete the workspace. We cannot recover a lost key. You retain ownership of content you supply. You give us only the non-exclusive permission necessary to host, display, transmit, protect and operate that content while it remains on the service. This is not permission for unrelated advertising or AI training. You must hold the rights and lawful permissions needed to publish it.

Questions and descriptions are public once published. Do not publish personal information about another person, sensitive information, secrets or material you cannot lawfully share. Closing stops new votes; unpublishing hides the public link. Workspace deletion removes its live content, subject to the limited legal/financial exceptions in the privacy notice. We cannot recall screenshots, downloads, shares or copies made elsewhere.

3. What a result means

Responses are voluntary signals from visitors who see the link. They are not representative market research, verified identities, purchase commitments, professional advice or guarantees of revenue, funding, product-market fit or success. Repeat voting is limited by browser cookies and rate limits and cannot be eliminated. Use appropriate evidence and independent judgement before consequential decisions.

4. Fair use and moderation

Follow the content rules. We may restrict unlawful or abusive content, investigate reports, limit requests and unpublish or suspend affected activity when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the action and offer review through the support address. Urgent safety action may occur first. We do not promise continuous pre-screening of all user content.

5. Availability and changes

This is an early beta and outages or defects can occur. Keep copies of records you need. We may change the free features or limits prospectively with reasonable notice where practicable and required. We will not remove mandatory consumer rights or retroactively impose payment for an existing free action. Any future paid purchase requires a clear checkout price, included service, duration, renewal/cancellation terms and applicable taxes before you pay.

6. Responsibility and consumer rights

You are responsible for your content and lawful use; we remain responsible for our own obligations. Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies, privacy rights or liabilities that the law does not permit us to exclude. In Australia, relevant guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law apply where applicable. We do not exclude liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory local rights, accept compulsory private arbitration, or bring a consumer claim exclusively in a foreign court.

7. Ending use and disputes

You can stop using the free service, lock a workspace, unpublish content or request deletion. Contact support about a dispute; if unresolved, available regulators, dispute-resolution bodies and courts remain available under applicable law. Australian law applies to the extent compatible with any non-excludable protections in your place of residence. Policy changes cannot be used to remove mandatory rights. Contact us for service of a formal notice and the appropriate business address.
